EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT
The Early Childhood phase for 0-4 year-olds. Good Early Childhood Development and Pre-Primary programmes provide a stimulating environment for the all-round development of the child which lays a foundation for formal schooling. Universal Pre-Primary education enhances equity on entry to primary education, especially for children with learning disadvantages. Children who have had attended Early Childhood Development programmes and/or Pre-Primary education with appropriate pedagogy make better progress in formal education, and achieve better than those who have not. An appropriate pedagogy is learner-centred through free and structured play-learning.
EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
The Pandureni team has comprehensive knowledge of Early Childhood development. We have created learning environments that suit each stage of your child’s development from our Day care Program through to our Pre-School Advanced School Readiness Program. We have a commitment to a multi-cultural and anti-biased environment for all children and families. Children with special needs will be involved in all aspects of the daily routine. At Pandureni we maintain individual records of your child’s interests, strengths and development including written observations, photos and examples of work. All information about individuals is kept confidential at the Centre.
OUR MEALS Our on-site chef prepares fresh nutritious snacks that provide the majority of the recommended daily intake of each food group. Our menu's are customized to the needs of children of different age groups and cater for special dietary requirements.
